Who can apply for this award?
Any Individual/Organization from Service-Providing Field (Eg – Medical Practitioners, Doctors, Hospitals, Innovative Healthcare Startups, Govt./Non-Govt. Service Providing Sectors, Insurance, Tax Consultant, CA, CS, Seva Bhavi Sanstha, Nationalised Banks, Co-operative Banks, NGos, etc) can apply.
Applicants are eligible to apply for more than one category highlighting clearly the mentioned categories as listed on the website. If a particular applicant is unable to locate his category, he can write down his suggested category which will be taken forward by the management.
Organizations, Individuals, registered and based in India can apply.
Procedure:
* Fill up the nomination form with your details..
* Your profile will be forwarded to The Verification Authority .
* After verification of your profile will be forwarded to the Award Monitoring Board Committee for scrutiny.
* If your profile is selected, you will receive an official mail of confirmation.
* After selection within 3 days you should pay the donation applicable.
* Invitation and Confirmation Letter will be sent to you to attend the Grand Ceremony.
