Global Scholars Foundation operates on a donation-based model to support scholarships, mentorship, global recognition programs, and educational development initiatives.
1. Nature of Donations
All contributions made to Global Scholars Foundation are treated as voluntary donations to support the Foundation’s charitable and educational activities.
Donations are utilized for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Scholarships for students worldwide
- Educational and mentorship initiatives
- Foundation development and operational programs
- Recognition, certification, and award activities
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All donations made to Global Scholars Foundation are non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it is considered final and cannot be reversed or refunded under normal circumstances.
This policy applies to donations made:
- From within India
- From international donors
- Through online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other payment methods
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction
- Unauthorized transaction reported within a reasonable time frame
In such cases, donors must notify the Foundation within 7 days of the transaction by contacting the official support email.
The Foundation reserves the right to review and approve or decline refund requests after verification.
4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of intent or personal decision
- Non-selection for awards, scholarships, or recognition programs
- Withdrawal from participation in any program or activity
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes or decisions
- Failure to review program details before making a donation
